To be transparent and to comply with REBBA, Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002. Sec 36 (1), we have initiated a "Real Estate Club". The membership to the "Real Estate Club" will give sellers access to MLS for a lot less money. Remember it is the same MLS the same exposure but for a lot less.
The terms and the benefits of membership of "Real Estate Club" are stated below:
Membership fee, for owners of properties in the GTA:
$995
($995 + GST)=$1044.75
Membership fee, for owners of properties outside the GTA :
$1,245
($1245 + GST )=$1307.25

An option to renew the membership, within the first year, at only $695 for GTA and $945 for outside GTA

Limitations
The membership expires once the right to list a property is exercised or after a year, which ever occurs first.

*** We will quote you a one Set / One Fee / Flat Fee (Listing Brokerage and Co-operating Brokerage fees) inclusive of all costs to sell your property or business. The fees depend upon many factors such as the property, location, the value, the difficulty or ease with which the property is likely to sell and so on.
+++We would gladly answer any and all questions prior to our face to face meeting. Once you decide that you want to put your property on MLS, at your request, we will come to your house/property to do the necessary paperwork to process a MLS listing, and will be available for consultation. For processing a MLS listing, you will need to provide us complete information about your property, including legal details and property taxes.
Should you decide not to list the property or we have to make another trip to the property for MLS listing, there will be a consulting fee of $300 dollars due and payable at the time of our visit. By avoiding unnecessary multiple trips, we can keep our costs down and continue to provide the best service at a very affordable price to our valued clients.
Attn: Those who want only MLS exposure, may choose A la carte' $995 MLSฎ Listing package and pay for only those services that they need.
The price is for MLS listing of the property on the Local Real Estate board, however, other charges may apply, depending upon the additional service required by the seller. e.g. specific advertising & marketing, additional incentives to the cooperating agent, flyers & brochures and attendance of the representative of the listing broker at the sellers premises.
